Can I return or exchange the garment?You can return the item purchased from ellen cheto only if it was not used, is not damaged and has the original label. We will return your money.
Or you can exchange it to different size, colour or model.
What is the procedure?
Before you send the item back to us, please contact via email or phone.
We will refund during 14-day period after the item reception.


How long does it take the shipment?The purchased item is shipped during 1-3 business days via National post agency.
The delivery time:
to the United States, Australia and New Zealand - up to 4 weeks
to Europe - up to 2 weeks

Everyone, purchasing ellen cheto, automatically agrees to these terms and conditions. ellen cheto reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Order and purchase:
1. The prices, given by ellen chetp are in EUR, for piece, without shipping costs.
2. There is no additional value charged for communication with ellen cheto.
3. With each order you must fill in the required data. The hidden or misleading information does not oblige ellen cheto to fulfill the order.
4. The client is committed to agree the order and confirm all the details, after ellen cheto reaches via phone or email during the business hours.

Reclamation/return policy:

The purchased items can be return, but only in its original vision and with the original label. The return shipment fee is the client’s obligation.

ellen cheto will return payment if the above mentioned circumstances are not violated.



Limits:

    ellen cheto clients have no right to complete actions that violates the generally established rules of interaction and communication, to perform malicious actions,  spread viruses and ect.
    ellen cheto clients are not allowed to make the misleading orders on behalf of others and without their confirmation.
    The clients can take advantage of the available resources on the website, except the restrictions described in these terms and conditions or other valid restrictions.
    The clients may not distribute through the website pornographic materials, pictures or other material owned by foreign copyright, calls for forcible change of civic and public policy, illegally acquired information or such that violates material or moral rights or interests of third parties.


Responsibilities:
ellen cheto is not responsible for:
1. Possible deficiencies related to the information maintained website.
2. Violation of the authenticity of the website’s information by computer viruses or similar.
3. Sudden running out of stock.
4. Delay or failure of obligations not depending on ellen cheto.
5. Possible differences in the colors of purchased items due to the specifics of the PC.

Obligations:
1. The client must follow the terms of the exchange and return policy.
2. The client must check the delivered package at the receipt moment.

3. To pay the valid price for the selected item.
4. Do not distribute ellen cheto garments via other shopping resources without ellen cheto consent.

5. Do not to perform malicious actions within the meaning of these terms and conditions.


ellen cheto online store rights:
1. Has the right to deny access or cancel the user account if it violates any of the terms and conditions.
2. To refuse orders without compensation to the client, except if the amount has to be recovered when paid in advance.
3. To edit all content in the online shop without warning. Changes take effect after being published.
